Dr. Lisa Drumb, PhD, BCBA, LBA, is a clinical leader and educator with over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and special education. She serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations and teaches ABA at Capella University, where she mentors future behavior analysts. She has led clinical programs across school, home, and community settings, building high-quality, ethical, and data-driven care that helps families and clinicians thrive.
