About
Stefanie Doran, BCBA, LBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, mom, veteran, and the founder of Pillars Behavioral Health, which Stefanie started in 2024 to serve children ages 18 months and up diagnosed with autism. Stefanie holds a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a licensed behavior analyst in Texas, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
Faith is the foundation of how Stefanie approaches life and work, leading with compassion, humility, integrity, and grace. Stefanie has a special passion for helping children develop communication, particularly children who are minimally speaking or nonverbal.
Stefanie meets each child where they are, breaking goals into meaningful, achievable steps, teaching through motivation and play, and partnering with families to celebrate every milestone. Stefanie is also the author of two children's books that help children understand abstract concepts and coping strategies.
