Kadie Bolton

Kadie Bolton, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Legendary Learners ABA and more than 10 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Throughout her career, she has worked with children and families across a variety of settings and is deeply committed to compassionate, individualized, and ethical care.

Kadie's approach to ABA is rooted in respect, collaboration, and self-advocacy. She believes therapy should support clients in understanding themselves, expressing their needs, and advocating for who they are, rather than forcing them to conform to rigid expectations. Her goal is to help clients build skills that increase independence, confidence, and quality of life in ways that feel meaningful and authentic to them.

She places a strong emphasis on family involvement and education, working closely with caregivers so strategies are sustainable and aligned with each family's values. Kadie is passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients feel seen and heard, and where progress is defined by growth and well-being, not just compliance. Outside of work, Kadie loves playing Dungeons and Dragons, watching zombie movies, and trying new foods.
