Stephanie Waldon

Stephanie Waldon, M.A., BCBA, LBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the founder of Phoenix Rising Behavioral Services. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. Stephanie's path into ABA began with the realization that the principles of behavior science had been at work all along while raising four children.

Stephanie serves as the United States Ambassador for the World Behavior Analysis Day Alliance and as Director of RBT Mentorship for the Behavior Technician Association, which supports and advocates for behavior technicians.

Seeing the change ABA made in families' quality of life inspired Stephanie to start Phoenix Rising. The practice uses child-led, play-based, and assent-based approaches, and Stephanie believes every learner has gifts and abilities worth identifying together and building on. Stephanie speaks Spanish.
