About
Andres Rodriguez Tomas, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the founder and owner of Rainbow Smiles LLC, an ABA therapy agency based in West Palm Beach, Florida. He works with children and adolescents, from early intervention through age 21, using evidence-based, compassionate behavior support.
Andres began in the field as a Registered Behavior Technician, building a hands-on foundation working directly with clients at home, in school, and in the community. That experience shaped his commitment to individualized, relationship-centered care. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maine at Presque Isle and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global.
He believes every child deserves a therapy experience that feels joyful, safe, and meaningful, for the child and for the whole family. Andres works closely with caregivers, school teams, and other providers so that goals are functional and carried across every setting. Originally from Cuba, he is bilingual in English and Spanish. He serves families in Texas and Colorado.
