Ronte Johnson

Ronte Johnson, MBA, MS, BCBA, LBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience supporting children and families through high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. She is committed to helping children develop meaningful skills that improve safety, communication, independence, and overall quality of life across home, school, and community settings.

Ronte specializes in working with children who present with significant behavioral and developmental challenges, including difficulties with communication, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and behaviors that interfere with learning or safety. Her clinical approach is individualized, data-driven, and rooted in compassion, with a strong emphasis on functional outcomes that matter in everyday life.

As a BCBA, Ronte is responsible for behavioral assessment, treatment planning, clinical supervision, caregiver training, and ongoing data review to ensure each child’s program is effective and responsive to their needs. She works closely with families, therapists, and other professionals to create collaborative treatment plans that support progress and long-term success.
