Daniel Guglielmo is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst and behavioral health executive with extensive experience building, leading, and overseeing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services in regulated healthcare environments. He has worked across home-based and community-based settings and has supported the development of programs serving children, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Daniel’s work is grounded in evidence-based clinical practice and informed by years of experience designing supervision systems, quality assurance frameworks, and service models that promote consistency, accountability, and meaningful outcomes. He believes effective ABA services depend not only on individualized treatment, but also on strong clinical governance, ethical decision-making, and well-supported care teams.

In addition to his clinical background, Daniel has founded and led behavioral health organizations, contributed to workforce development initiatives for clinicians nationwide, and served in advisory and governance roles focused on expanding access to publicly funded services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
