Kailey Brown

Kailey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and co-founder of Unscripted ABA, a BCBA-owned practice in the DFW area that provides individualized, relationship-focused services in home, school, and community settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences from Texas Woman’s University and her Master of Arts from the University of North Texas.

Kailey has worked in clinic, home, school, and community environments with children ages 18 months through 16 years. She has a strong background in supporting early adolescents ages 9–13 who engage in severe challenging behaviors and partners closely with caregivers through a parent-training-driven approach. She is also skilled in early intervention, feeding interventions, and social skills development. Kailey values meaningful collaboration across occupational therapy, speech therapy, and educational teams to ensure each child receives coordinated and consistent support. Her focus is on helping families feel confident, supported, and equipped with effective strategies that foster meaningful and lasting progress in their everyday routines.
