About
Christine Coffman, M.Ed., BCBA, is the founder of Training Wheels LLC and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a background in special education and early intervention. She has worked across clinic, home, school, and community settings, and she previously served as the sole BCBA supporting multiple Title I schools in Baltimore and as a regional Clinical Director in Virginia.
Christine founded Training Wheels to give power back to families and clinicians. She is building a clinician-owned and clinician-operated ABA company, rooted in the belief that high-quality care and a sustainable work-life balance for providers can go hand in hand. Her goal is to help take the field back from private-equity-driven models by prioritizing ethical practice, realistic caseloads, and genuine support for clinicians and RBTs.
She values collaboration, transparency, and mentorship, and she is passionate about creating systems that help staff feel confident, respected, and supported. Christine's clinical interests include early intervention, parent coaching, building independence skills, and helping teams respond to challenging behaviors with consistency, compassion, and clarity.
