Bayli Krasovic M.A., BCBA, LBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and co-founder of Unscripted ABA, a practice dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA services to children and their families. With extensive experience supporting individuals with autism, Bayli is committed to helping clients build meaningful skills, increase independence, and improve quality of life.

Throughout her career, Bayli has partnered closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that every treatment plan is individualized, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. She believes that meaningful progress happens when clients feel respected, caregivers feel supported, and staff feel empowered to grow.

As a practice owner, Bayli strives to create an environment where clients receive high-quality, ethical care and staff receive guidance, mentorship, and professional development. She is passionate about building a collaborative culture in which clinicians feel valued, supported, and inspired to make a lasting impact.
