About
Alina Lovano, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than a decade of experience in ABA, working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families. Ali, as families know her, provides neuro-affirming, individualized care that respects the autonomy, dignity, and strengths of every person she serves. She believes behavior support should never be one-size-fits-all. It should be rooted in trust, connection, and progress that improves quality of life.
Her approach is family-centered and assent-based, focused on creating supportive environments where individuals feel respected and heard. Ali is also a mom to a child with autism. That perspective has deepened her understanding of the joys, challenges, and realities families experience every day, and it reminds her that behind every treatment plan is an individual and a family deserving of compassion, collaboration, and support.
Outside of work, Ali enjoys strength training, reading, art, being outside, and spending time with her family and pets.
