Sarah Liberty

I’ve been working in the field of behavior analysis for more than ten years, supporting children, teens, and adults across clinic, home, and community environments. I earned my Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and spent eight years as an RBT before becoming a BCBA, which has given me a strong foundation in both direct care and clinical decision making.

In 2025, I founded Liberty Behavioral Consulting to provide individualized, compassionate support for families in San Antonio. I am passionate about parent coaching, functional communication, severe behavior support, and building programs that help learners thrive in their natural routines. My approach is grounded in data, empathy, and collaboration, and I strive to ensure every individual I work with feels understood and empowered.
