K'Tyrra Sanderfer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience in childcare and early childhood education, and she has dedicated her career to helping children grow, learn, and thrive. Her journey began in the classroom as an early childhood teacher passionate about creating nurturing, engaging learning environments. Her path to Applied Behavior Analysis began with one unforgettable experience: a nonverbal child who completely changed the way she saw communication, learning, and support. That moment sparked her desire to understand behavior more deeply and inspired her to pursue a career in ABA. For more than eight years, K'Tyrra has supported children and families through individualized, compassionate care grounded in evidence-based practices. She believes in meeting each child exactly where they are, celebrating every milestone, and building strong partnerships with families and teams.
