With over 15 years of experience in childcare and early childhood education, I’ve dedicated my career to helping children grow, learn, and thrive. My journey began in the classroom, where I worked as an early childhood teacher passionate about creating nurturing, engaging learning environments. My path to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began with one unforgettable experience — a nonverbal child who completely changed the way I saw communication, learning, and support. That moment sparked my desire to better understand behavior and inspired me to pursue a career in ABA. For more than eight years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children and families through individualized, compassionate care grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe in meeting each child exactly where they are, celebrating every milestone, and building strong partnerships with families and teams.
