Khent Calaguas, MA SpEd., BCBA, LBA, is the BCBA, Clinical Director, and Founder of Kaleido Behavioral Health, established in August 2025, with over 12 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. He leads with a strong commitment to neuro-affirming and person-centered ABA practice, while continuously pursuing growth, learning, and innovation within the field.
Khent was drawn to the field of ABA through humanitarian service work in the Philippines, where firsthand exposure to limited access to quality care for neurodivergent children shaped a lifelong commitment to equity, dignity, and meaningful support.
He is known for collaborative, family-centered leadership that prioritizes autonomy, dignity, and meaningful outcomes, and is a dedicated advocate for mental health, equity, and the reduction of stigma within healthcare and behavioral health systems.
