Bailey Patton

Bailey is the owner and BCBA behind Learning Links ABA. Her passion for supporting individuals with behavioral and developmental needs began during her teenage years, when her dad experienced an incident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury and PTSD. This experience shaped her interest in understanding behavior, supporting individuals through life-changing challenges, and helping families navigate complex needs with compassion.

Bailey believes that quality ABA services are not defined by the number of hours a child receives, but by ensuring that services are clinically appropriate, meaningful, and tailored to each child's unique needs. She values strong parent collaboration and believes families should be active partners throughout the assessment, treatment, and decision-making process. Because home is often an individual's most familiar and important environment, Bailey strives to help children build meaningful skills where they feel safe, comfortable, and supported.

The name Learning Links reflects the company's mission to bridge the connections among communication, socialization, and daily living skills. Through individualized, compassionate care, Learning Links ABA aims to help individuals develop meaningful abilities that support greater independence and participation in everyday life.
