Hongmeng (Julia) Situ is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) dedicated to helping children with autism build meaningful skills and supporting families throughout the therapy process. She has experience working with children across clinic, home, and school settings, and she focuses on developing individualized, practical intervention plans that support progress in communication, learning, and daily living skills.
As the mother of a child with autism, Julia brings a unique level of empathy and understanding to the families she works with. Her personal experience helps her relate to the challenges parents face and approach each family with compassion, respect, and practical insight.
Julia believes strong collaboration between families and the therapy team is essential for meaningful progress. She works to make ABA strategies clear, realistic, and easy to put into practice in everyday life.
