Connie L. Green, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst dedicated to helping individuals and families thrive across all stages of life. With a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and years of hands-on clinical experience, Connie supports children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and life-skill needs.

Connie is the founder of Thrive & Shine ABA Services, where she provides individualized, evidence-based support in home, community, and transitional settings. Her work focuses on improving communication, social skills, emotional regulation, independence, and overall quality of life, and she partners closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance, training, and practical strategies to support progress beyond therapy sessions.

Known for her collaborative, client-centered approach, Connie believes meaningful change happens when services are tailored to each person's strengths, goals, and real-world challenges. She has a special passion for supporting adolescents and young adults as they transition into adulthood, including organization, career readiness, and independent living skills.
