About
Gretchen Smith Vazquez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the founder of Cairn Behavioral Health. After years working in public education, she founded Cairn to offer more responsive, relationship-centered support for children and young adults with behavioral needs. With a background in special education, educational psychology, and school-based ABA, she brings those perspectives together in every plan she designs.
Gretchen holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology and additional training in educational psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. At Cairn, she focuses on helping children thrive at home and at school by partnering closely with families, educators, and other care providers, and she also supports young adults in building the life skills that foster independence, confidence, and long-term success.
