Caitlyn (Cay) Castle

I am a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Indiana and Kentucky. I have been working in behavioral health for 11 years, including the past 6 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I focus on a parent-led ABA approach, working closely with caregivers to building knowledge and confidence while reducing stress when supporting their child. My goal is to give families practical, realistic strategies they can use in everyday life to better understand behavior, respond effectively, and build meaningful skills.
