Caitlyn (Cay) Castle is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Indiana and Kentucky who has worked in behavioral health for 11 years, including the past six as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She focuses on a parent-led ABA approach, working closely with caregivers to build their knowledge and confidence while reducing stress as they support their child. Her goal is to give families practical, realistic strategies they can use in everyday life to better understand behavior, respond effectively, and build meaningful skills.
