Ashlee Ramirez

Ashlee Ramirez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nine years of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, especially the autism community, across a wide range of ages. She loves helping young children thrive as they build the language they need, and she finds just as much meaning in helping youth and young adults improve their quality of life and social relationships through practical, functional life skills. Ashlee believes every behavior holds meaning, and her goal is to help families recognize the complexities beneath the surface.

She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2019 after graduating from Ball State University with a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis, and she is licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Oregon, Hawaii, and Nebraska.
