Contest Period: September 1 to November 30, 2026. Open to legal residents of the United States.

1. Sponsor

The Alpaca Health Coloring Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Harvi Technologies, Inc., doing business as Alpaca Health ("Sponsor"). Written correspondence about the Contest may be sent to support@alpacahealth.io.

2. Contest period

The Contest begins on September 1, 2026 and ends on November 30, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). The Contest Period is divided into thirteen (13) consecutive weekly entry periods ("Weekly Periods"): Week 1 September 1 to 7; Week 2 September 8 to 14; Week 3 September 15 to 21; Week 4 September 22 to 28; Week 5 September 29 to October 5; Week 6 October 6 to 12; Week 7 October 13 to 19; Week 8 October 20 to 26; Week 9 October 27 to November 2; Week 10 November 3 to 9; Week 11 November 10 to 16; Week 12 November 17 to 23; Week 13 November 24 to 30, 2026.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from each Weekly Period, for a total of thirteen (13) winners over the course of the Contest.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, of any age. Entrants must have their entry submitted by, and any prize claimed by, a parent or legal guardian.

Employees of Harvi Technologies, Inc., its affiliates, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter

Download or obtain an official Alpaca Health coloring sheet, complete it, and have a parent or legal guardian submit a photo of the completed sheet along with the required entry information via the official entry form.

Limit of one (1) entry per child per Weekly Period. Duplicate entries within the same Weekly Period may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion. An entry is counted toward the Weekly Period in which it is received, based on the timestamp of submission.

No mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, or inappropriate entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, offensive, or in violation of these rules.

5. Winner selection

Winners will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during each Weekly Period. Drawings will take place within 3 business days after the close of each Weekly Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during that Weekly Period.

6. Winner notification

Winners will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided at entry, within 2 business days of the drawing. Winners may be required to respond within 3 days of notification and to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability or publicity release, where legal, to claim their prize. If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the required time, or does not meet eligibility requirements, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner or forfeit that week's prize.

7. Prizes

Each weekly winner will receive one (1) Alpaca Health prize gift bag (approximate retail value: $50). Total number of prizes to be awarded: thirteen (13). Prize contents are determined by Sponsor and are non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor is responsible for shipping the prize to the address provided by the winner.

8. Use of photo, name and likeness

By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian may grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted coloring sheet photo, along with the child's first name and age, in Sponsor's marketing materials, website, and social media.

This permission is requested on the entry form and requires an affirmative answer. Entrants who decline are fully eligible to win, and their entries will not be used publicly. Any parent or legal guardian may also withdraw permission at any time by contacting Sponsor at support@alpacahealth.io.

9. General conditions

By entering, the parent or legal guardian agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding, and to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of a prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Contest, subject to applicable law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for purposes of administering the Contest, meaning contacting winners and shipping prizes, and where permitted for marketing purposes, and will be handled in accordance with the Alpaca Health Privacy Policy. Information collected about children will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for Contest administration and prize fulfillment.

11. Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
