I’ve worked in the field of behavior analysis for more than 15 years, with a focus on early intervention, speech and language support, and individualized behavior plans rooted in functional assessments. I hold a Master of Arts in Exceptional Education with an Autism Endorsement from the University of Central Florida, and I’ve built my practice around collaboration, family empowerment, and steady, compassionate care.
Through Behavioral Stepping Stones, I partner closely with parents, educators, and support staff to create environments where children can thrive. Whether I’m conducting assessments, coaching caregivers, or overseeing treatment fidelity, I bring both technical precision and a deep commitment to each child’s progress.
