About
With over 15 years of experience in special education and behavior analysis, I help caregivers, educators, and employers support the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals using evidence-based strategies that prioritize the person first. I am a TEA-certified EC-12 Special Educator and Physical Educator, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and a birth and postpartum doula.
As a Black woman with autism and a parent of two neurodivergent children, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to every space I enter. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from infancy through adulthood, and guide families and systems toward more inclusive, compassionate support. Through Affirmative Parenting Solutions, I offer training and consultation to schools, providers, and workplaces committed to meaningful, affirming care.
